Upper Valley Career Center is dedicated to providing the highest quality and most technologically advanced educational opportunities for students in a professional, caring environment while networking with the communities we serve.

High school students can begin their career pathway, earn college credits, and begin work in their field - all while remaining active in sports and other activities at their home school. We've been the area's leader in STEM - Career and Technical Education for high school and adult students since 1975.

The Adult Division | Never Stop Learning

Full-time certificate programs offered through the Adult Division are accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges. These programs, combined with Aspire and customized, short-term training help prepare students for employment or continued education. Adult learners gain skills, earn industry credentials, and prepare for licensure exams.

Associate School Districts

Students who elect to attend the Upper Valley Career Center come from 14 associate school districts throughout Miami and Shelby Counties, as well as others who are acepted through open enrollment. Additionally, the Career Center reaches thousands of students through our associate school satellite programs. We are proud to reach as many students with career and technical education as possible, while working with home schools to allow for students to be active in extra-curricular activities. Open Enrollment
Each year we have students traveling from Auglaize, Mercer, and Darke Counties in addition to areas in Miami County not in the district.
