ezPay Frequently Asked Questions
Question: What is eZpay?
Answer: eZpay is a convenient online payment system that allows you to pay your student's fees and add money to their MealsPlus lunchroom account.
Question: What do I need to setup my eZpay account?
Answer: You need the parent/guardian first name, last name, mailing address and email address. You will need to set an 8 character password which must contain at least 1 upper-case letter and 1 number. Once setup you will add you student(s) to your account. To do that you will need your student's ID number and their last name. Details about setting up your account are available in the eZpay User Manual.
Question: Can I get an email alert if my student's lunch account falls below a set amount?
Answer: Yes. The default email notification goes out when the lunch account falls below $10.
Question: Do I have to use eZpay to add money to my student's lunchroom account?
Answer: No. Once you get the low balance email notification you can conveniently login to your eZpay account and add money. You also have the option to send money in with your student and they can add money to their account as they go through the lunch line.
Question: Is there a fee to use eZpay?
Answer: There is no fee to set up the eZpay account and track student fees and lunchroom balances. If you pay fees through eZpay or add money to your student's lunch account through eZpay there is a fee of $2.50 per transaction. The $2.50 transaction fee is waived during the month of August.
