Upper Valley Career Center Adult Division is offering a new customer service workshop titled SuperSTAR Customer Service. According to Diana Searls, Leadership and Management Coordinator at Upper Valley Career Center, any employee who provides service to internal or external customers can benefit from this training. Searls facilitates the course.
SuperSTAR Customer Service focuses on customer service skills, ideas, and strategies that will equip participants with the tools needed to create and sustain positive interactions. “Top-notch customer service is the result of positive interactions through highly-skilled, highly committed employees who go the extra mile for their customers,” says Searls.
SuperSTAR Customer Service will operate at the Upper Valley Career Center Main Building in the Hartzell Lecture Hall, Thursday, April 25 from 9 a.m. to noon. Searls says she reserved the school's lecture center, because she anticipates a big response to this high-demand training. "This single issue can absolutely make or break a business. I encourage business managers to register early to assure seats for their critical front-line personnel," she said. The $59 cost includes a book and must be paid upon registration.
